§ 11-6. Same—Application.

Latest version.

Application for fence erection permits shall be made upon blanks provided by the building official and shall contain or have attached the following information:
(1)

Name and address of applicant;

(2)

The name of the person erecting such fence;

(3)

Legal description of the lot upon which the fence is to be constructed or installed;

(4)

There shall be attached to such application a plat of the lot upon which such fence is to be erected, showing the improvements thereon and the location of the proposed fence;

(5)

Such other information as the building official shall require to show full compliance with this chapter and all other laws and ordinances of the city.
