§ 17-48. Other intersections where stopping or slowing is required.

  • The council, by motion or resolution, is hereby authorized to determine and designate intersections where particular hazards exists upon other than through streets and to determine whether vehicles shall stop or yield right-of-way at one (1) or more entrances to any such intersection; and the mayor shall see that stop sign or yield right-of-way sign is erected at every such place where stopping, slowing or yielding the right-of-way is required.
