§ 22-74. Same—Other jurisdictions.

Pension payments shall cease to any retired policeman during any period of time he may thereafter serve for compensation in any municipal police department in this state. A retired police officer shall not participate or receive any benefits in a municipal police pension and retirement system other than the municipality from which the retired officer is receiving a pension.
