§ 22-95. Average final compensation.
Latest version.
Average final compensation as used in this article shall mean the average earnable compensation of the police officer during his last thirty (30) months of service as a police officer, or if the officer has had less than thirty (30) months of service, then the average earnable compensation of his or her entire period of service.
