§ 22-124.5. Removal of members for failure to attend meetings.

If any board member shall be absent, as determined by the city council, for either three (3) consecutive meetings of the board, regular and special, or for more than one-half of all meetings of the board, regular and special, held within any period of four (4) consecutive months, he shall thereupon cease to be a board member.
