§ 27-70.7. Effective date and date of termination.

Subject to approval of a majority of the registered voters of the City of Altus, Oklahoma, (the "city"), voting on same as prescribed by law, to be held on August 26, 2008, the division shall commence and be effective March 1, 2009; provided, that such additional sales tax shall be limited to a duration of twelve (12) years (one hundred forty-four (144) months).
