Users will be billed on a monthly basis with payment due ten (10) days after the date
of billing. Users of the wastewater system will be billed on the same notice as water
charges and will be designated as a separate entry. Users of the wastewater system
not on water service will be billed monthly on an individual notice for wastewater
service at the rate established by the city.
(b)
Users with delinquent accounts will be notified in writing by the city that water
and/or wastewater services will be terminated unless the account is paid in full.
The city will utilize the law enforcement agency to assist as required in the control
and management of the user charge system.
