§ 28-172. Infiltration allowance.

The allowable infiltration for all sewers is hereby established at no more than two hundred (200) gallons per inch of sewer diameter per mile for sewers twenty-four (24) inches in diameter and smaller. All new sewers shall be tested for infiltration in accordance with an acceptable testing method.
