§ 3-11. Tax imposed.

(a)

There is hereby levied an annual occupational tax for the privilege of operating as a retailer, mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, public event or special event license, bottle club, manufacturer, wine and spirits wholesaler or beer distributor within the City of Altus.

(b)

The City of Altus shall make an annual report to the ABLE commission, covering the fiscal year, showing the number and class of licensees subject to the tax authorized and the amount of money received therefrom.
