§ 4-3. Shows, exhibitions and entertainments; hours; obscenity.

(a)

It is unlawful for any person, to show moving pictures for profit, or to persons who pay admission charges to view them, at any time between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.

(b)

It is unlawful for any person to give any kind of a show, exhibition or entertainment which is obscene at any time.
