§ 4-18. Alcoholic beverages generally; intoxicated persons.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any intoxicated person to enter, to work, to loaf or loiter or to be in or about any pool hall, or to permit any person to violate any provision of the laws of the state generally known as and called the "Alcoholic Beverage Control Act" and the "Nonintoxicating Beverages Act."
