§ 6-23. Same—Airport improvements.

The board should be consulted and involved in the finalization of plans and specifications, the letting of bids and actual construction of airport improvements, and the chairman of the board (or in his absence a member of the board) should be in attendance at all meetings between the mayor, council, airport engineers and state or federal officials.
