§ 22-93. Insufficient funds; proration.

In the event the funds in the police pension and retirement system are insufficient to make full payment of the amount of pensions or allowances to all persons entitled thereto, then said funds shall be prorated among those entitled thereto as by the board of trustees may be deemed just and equitable.
