§ 22-123. Reports of secretary.
Latest version.
The secretary of the board shall report annually, at the time of the election of officers of the board, the condition of the police pension and retirement system, and the receipts and disbursements, with a full and complete list of the beneficiaries of the fund and the amount paid to each beneficiary. A copy of each report shall be delivered to the city council.
