§ 6-16. Creation; composition.

There is hereby created a board to be known as the Altus/Quartz Mountain Regional Airport Advisory Board referred to in this article as the "board." It shall consist of eight (8) members to be appointed as set forth in this article and of a member of the Altus City Council, who shall ex-officio, be a member of the board. Members of the board shall serve without compensation. Not more than two (2) members of the board may be nonresidents of the city. The remaining members of the board shall be residents of the city.
