§ 6-18. Terms of members.

Latest version.

Two (2) members of the board shall be appointed for a term ending June 30, 1974, three (3) members for a term ending June 30, 1975, and three (3) members for a term ending June 30, 1976. Each year thereafter there shall be appointed the number of members necessary to be appointed to take the place of those members whose terms of office have expired, and such appointments shall be for a term of three (3) years. Terms of members shall expire on the thirtieth day of June.
