§ 6-22. Recommendations to city officials.

In order to utilize the services of the board and promote effective and harmonious relations between the board and city officials, all city officials, when possible, should first consult and get the recommendation of the board in all matters of major concern to the airport and its operation before any official action is taken, specifically as provided in sections 6-23 and 6-24.
